- Not send spam, unsolicited marketing, or prohibited content.
- Ensure usage complies with applicable laws.
3. Subscription & Payments
- Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually).
- Fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
- Accounts may be suspended or terminated for non-payment.
4. Data Usage
By using our service, you grant us permission to process and transmit WhatsApp messages on your behalf.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
